The holidays are inescapable this time of year; they’re in the music you hear, the decorations you see and every commercial you watch. It’s also the time of year when you get the office together, throwing around ideas and sending creative holiday cards to clients and friends. This year, don’t just send them off and forget about them – share them with us! We’re looking for Edmonton’s best holiday cards from local businesses!
What’s on the line? Fame. Bragging Rights. Fortune – okay, fortune is a stretch… we’re getting carried away. But there will be prizes! And the cream of the crop will be featured in the Edmonton Journal business section as the top seasonal cards.
There is a deadline – we need to see those awesome cards by December 14th!
How do I enter?
Here’s what we need to know (and our example):
Your Name: Brittney Le Blanc
Your Company: Capital Ideas
Why do you choose to send out cards? Who do you send them to? We have sent our e-card out to the Capital Ideas members via our newsletter! We always try to be useful, but also never boring. Business in Edmonton should be enjoyable – so we had a little bit of fun with it. (You get the picture.)
Email us the above, as well as a copy of your company’s holiday card (front and inside if possible!) to email@example.com by December 14. You could risk sending it in the mail (10006-101 Street, attn: Capital Ideas), but email is probably best. Get your cards in as soon as possible and we’ll feature a selection on our website as well.
What if we don’t send cards during the holiday season?
Well, it’s never to late to make one! Or, if you’ve received a great card from another local business, send that our way. We want to showcase the finest holiday cards that our city has to offer, so don’t be a Scrooge – forward those cards!
